Why Dental Floss?
Let’s face it- many people do not floss on a daily basis. Most patients admit that they start flossing a few days to a week before their hygiene appointment to make their gums look healthier – we appreciate their honesty!
At Baer Dental Designs, we recommend using what ever device motivates you to floss. They say it takes two weeks to form a habit, so if you can hang in there and floss every night for two weeks, it can hopefully become part of your routine. Leave a sticky note on the mirror to remind you to floss!
