  • Position your brush at a 45-degree angle toward the gums
  • Gently move the brush back and forth across your teeth in short, circular motions
  • Brush the front surfaces, the back surfaces, and the tops of the teeth, making sure to reach the back molars where food can build up in the crevices while chewing
